These conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order via www.swedishcollagen.se and associated pages. The agreement is concluded between the buyer and Swedish Nutra AB (as "Swedish Collagen", "the website", "us" or "we"), organization no: SE559133-727301. Detailed contact details and other information about Swedish Nutra AB can be found on the website. The terms and conditions are only applicable to customers who are consumers and place orders via the website.
The buyer must be at least 18 years old, be of legal age and have the right to enter into an agreement to place orders with Swedish Collagen. Hereinafter, the buyer is referred to as "you", "you" or "the customer".
The prices are stated in Swedish kronor for each product and VAT is included. We reserve the right to correct price information, documents, graphics, texts, etc. that have been written incorrectly on our website, in catalogs, on products or in other existing media. We also reserve the right to price adjustments due to, for example, changed prices from our suppliers, inventory changes and possible technical errors in the webshop, browser or server.
On the website, you can check your order and correct any errors before purchasing a product. Please take the time to read and check your order on each page of the ordering process. It is the customer who is responsible for providing correct information at the time of the order. Purchases of products may only be paid for using the payment methods that we make available via the site.
Shipping costs are visible on the website and are clarified more clearly at the time of payment.
Estimated delivery time from your order until you have the product is normally 1-5 working days. In case of a high order intake, however, the delivery time may be slightly longer. We do not send orders on recognized Swedish holidays. If you have not received your order after seven working days, please contact us via email@example.com
After completing the order, an order confirmation is sent to the specified e-mail address.
Cancellation and Change of Orders
You can change or cancel your order free of charge until the packing of your order has begun. For cancellation or change, please contact customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org.
For consignments that have not been redeemed but have been returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for costs relating to shipping, return shipping, handling fees and packaging. Currently, this cost corresponds to SEK 249, or the equivalent in another currency with an error margin of 20% depending on today's exchange rate. The fee is deducted from the refund.
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns. We therefore ask you to consider your purchase before buying our products to avoid wasteful consumption.
We guarantee that every shipment is examined before it is delivered to you as a customer. Should the product, despite this, still be broken or incorrect when it arrives, you as a consumer have the right to report a fault to us regardless of whether it is hidden or visible. Errors in the article, incorrect delivery or transport damage, the article must be reported to our customer service within a reasonable time from the time the error was discovered.
If you want to make a complaint, contact Swedish Collagen's customer service email@example.com and state the reasons, whereupon we will send you a return slip that you can use to return the item.
The goods must be returned in original packaging and be well packed in outer packaging approved by the post office (for example, corrugated cardboard). Any transport damage due to defective packaging in the return will be charged to you as a customer. We check submitted goods according to your error description, therefore it is important that the error description is as detailed as possible.
We will reimburse you the full amount you paid, including return shipping, in the event of an approved complaint. Should the goods after inspection prove to be faultless, you as a customer will be charged the shipping cost. Reimbursement in the event of an approved complaint is made within 30 days from when you as a customer sent a return notice and we received your return and approved it. Unless otherwise agreed, credit due to errors or complaints will be made using the same payment method that was stated when you placed your order.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your first order. If you use the right of cancellation, the product must be returned to us within 14 days from the day you notified us of the right of cancellation. The return address is as follows:

In order for the right of withdrawal to be implemented, the item must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it. You can only use the right of withdrawal if the products are untouched and have unbroken packaging. The product must be returned in the product's original packaging. If the product is not complete upon return, we reserve the right to make a price deduction. Note that if the item has decreased in value as a result of you handling it to a greater extent than was necessary, for example to examine the item, you may be liable for compensation for such decrease in value with up to 100% of the item's value. Unless otherwise agreed, you cover the direct costs of returning the item. Goods returned against cash on delivery will not be redeemed.
The refund is made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. We have the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods. Refunds are not made for shipping costs.
You notify that you want to use the right of cancellation via e-mail, no later than 14 days after the day you received the order. The email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can fill in and submit the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form .
Reimbursement takes place within 30 days of receiving notification of the desired return or complaint. However, the consumer may have to wait until the goods have been returned to us. Refunds are made in the same way as the original payment, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Usual credit checks are carried out and we reserve the right to refuse orders. All forms of attempted fraud are reported to the police.
By accepting our purchase conditions, you undertake to comply with them and also confirm that you have read the information about personal data and consented to its use. If you violate the terms of purchase, you risk being suspended as a customer.
Information and Products and Services
As a customer, you will receive mailings with information about our products and services. You can withdraw your consent to the receipt of newsletters, SMS, promotions and offers at any time by contacting customer service or using the unsubscribe link found in the mailings.
Changes and Additions
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish legislation. Disputes linked to these conditions must be settled in the Swedish court.
